Description

Fully Automatic Pulse Bag Dust Collector supports 24-hour unattended operation, specially designed for capturing high-concentration industrial dust from grinding, polishing, woodworking and building material production. It adopts pulse jet self-cleaning technology: compressed air sprays instantly to shake off dust accumulated on filter bags, avoiding blockage and stable air volume output.

The main cabinet is optional with carbon steel anti-rust coating, 201 or 304 stainless steel. Equipped with PLC automatic control system, it automatically controls ash cleaning cycle, ash hopper discharge and overpressure alarm without manual supervision. Its dust removal efficiency reaches over 99.9%, meeting strict industrial emission standards.

Modular structure enables quick filter bag replacement and routine maintenance. Multiple standard air volume models are available, and dimensions, filter material and ash discharge mode can be customized on demand. With low energy consumption and stable long-term running performance, it is the preferred front-end dust removal equipment for various industrial production lines.
